Seoul, South Korea – Oct 15, 2013 CyberLogitec Co., Ltd. (CEO, Jang-rim Choi, www.cyberlogitec.com), a maritime logistics IT company, announced that it signed a “New Information System development” contract with Heung-A Shipping Co., Ltd. (CEO, Seok-mook Park, www.heung-a.co.kr), an container liner specialized in Intra Asia.
Heung-A Shipping will execute the “New Information System Development Project” to cope actively with the rapidly changing maritime logistics environment, and diversified customer demands.
Compare to information system project of shipping company generally being replaced or upgraded partially, this Heung-A’s new information system development project is a consolidated project that replacing legacy system at once. CyberLogitec is planning to develop a new system for Heung-A with various proven systems such as OPUS Container, OPUS Bulk, OPUS Vessel and Shipping ERP system.
After completion of the system development, Heung-A Shipping will secure profit oriented job performance base. Heung-A is expecting to improve customer centered service ability through cost savings and state-of-the-art technology based consolidated work system development at the same time preparing the stage to become a global shipping company.
