CyberLogitec certified for globally recognized ISO27001
CyberLogitec has created a system to protect its information asset and respond to security breaches
A company specialized in IT for shipping, port, and logistics, CyberLogitec Co., Ltd. (CEO Jang-Rim Choi, www.cyberlogitec.com) disclosed on July 15 that the company was certified by France-based Bureau Veritas, a global certifier, for Information Security Management System (ISO/IEC27001: 2013), a global standard for information protection and management system.
ISO27001 refers to a global standard for information protection and management system that was established by International Standard Organization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). It is a well-recognized global certification that can be awarded only through strict inspection for 114 criteria in 14 areas.
By creating a system to protect and manage its own information asset and respond to security breaches, CyberLogitec has acquired ISO27001 certification. With its ability to secure and protect its customer information and by continuously working to improve security, the company has improved customer trust.
CEO Jang-Rim Choi said, “By exploiting the successful certification and the creation of our information protection and management system, we will upgrade the company staff’s security awareness and provide our customers with trusted services of higher quality.”
CyberLogitec cuts a figure now with ISO27001 added to its long list of achievements including ISO9001, ISO20000 and CMMI Level 3.
